Shipping & tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation that will contain your tracking number.

Shipping inside Canada

All shipments inside Canada for orders over $250 before tax are free of charge. Shipments inside Ontario under $250 before tax are a flat fee of $15.

Shipments outside Ontario under $250 before tax are a flat fee of $25. If you would like express shipping, please contact us.

Shipping to the USA

Shipping to the USA is a flat fee of CAD $20. If you would like express shipping, please contact us. Please note that if your order is abnormally large, you may experience longer wait time in the event of processing by the FDA.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

E.Mi Nail School and Distribution Canada Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

E.Mi School and Distribution Canada Inc. is NOT responsible for the loss, damage, confiscation, or Force Majeur that occur during transit. Because weather conditions can change drastically at any time, we also assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation. Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct, packages returned due to incorrect shipping addresses will be at the purchaser’s expense
