Return Policy

1. Store credit for unopened/ unused products within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
2. Exchange on defective products.
3. No refunds.
4. Shipping fees on all orders are non-refundable.
5. For orders with free shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted (CAD $14.99)
6. Return labels are not provided.
7. Only products purchased directly from E.Mi Nail School and Distribution Canada Inc. apply to our return policy.
