Order processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days and are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are running behind on filling your order, we will contact you to let you know.
Please allow longer processing time during busy times such as big sales and the winter holiday season.
**Due to COVID19, orders have been delayed up to 3 weeks from original estimated delivery date.

Shipping & tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation that will contain your tracking number.

Shipping inside Canada
All shipments inside Canada for orders over $250 before tax are free of charge.
Shipments inside Ontario under $250 before tax are a flat fee of $15.
Shipments outside Ontario under $250 before tax are a flat fee of $25.

Shipping to the USA
Shipping to the USA is a flat fee of CAD $25, or free on CAD $250+ orders.

Please note that if your order is abnormally large, you may experience longer wait time in the event of processing by the FDA.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs
E.Mi Nail School and Distribution Canada Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
E.Mi School and Distribution Canada Inc. is NOT responsible for the loss, damage, confiscation, or Force Majeur that occur during transit. Because weather conditions can change drastically at any time, we also assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation. Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct, packages returned due to incorrect shipping addresses will be at the purchaser’s expense.

Return Policy
•Store credit for unopened/ unused products within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
•Exchange on defective products.
•No refunds.

•Shipping fees on all orders are non-refundable.
• For orders with free shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted (CAD $14.99)
• Return labels are not provided.
